What we'll talk about
When learning a language, getting down the phonetics and feeling for speaking it in every day life can be a big hurdle. Practicing a language through singing is a great way to get a better feel for speaking!
Have you tried this before? If if you aren't an expert singer this will be a very interesting introduction to using signing as language practice!
WISPER, one of Leuven's cultural centers, does exactly this at "Samen Zingen". During these sessions people from all over the world join together to create songs with the help of an expert.
In this session we will let you experience how that works. We will do a warm-up and make the song of the day together. Fun is guaranteed!

Bart Callebaut is the leader of Samen Zingen help at WISPER. Bart knows better than anyone how to bring people together and connect them with music as a common language.
WISPER organizes artistic courses in dance, theater, music, photography, visual arts and literature for adults aged 18 and over.
